Auctions galore!
This month has been packed full of auctions with two residential real estate, one commercial real estate, one business liquidation and three estate auctions! It has been a lot of fun for us to see how all of these auctions ended up. All three real estate auctions had bidding up to the very end -- most bidding happens in the last half-hour of an auction in these cases, and that held true in all three of these. [more]
Estate Sale
After several weeks of work our team held a successful 2-day estate sale this weekend. We cleared out thousands and thousands of items from the home at 7722 Christina. By about 9 a.m. on Friday people were crowding into the home -- and we had planned to open up at 10. A line winding through the house and to the garage kept those of us at the checkout counter busy and the others helped people find what they were looking for. [more]
Classic cars and heatwaves
The first ever Summer's Last Blast Collector Car Auction was the hot place to be Saturday afternoon. The event drew several hundred spectators who watched as we auctioned off eight classic beauties. In all the eight cars went for a combined high bid total of $121,500. We are very excited about next year's event which we know will be even bigger than this one. [more]
