In order to be added to our email list for our upcoming auctions, we only need your first name and a valid email address.

We use your name and email address to email information about our upcoming auctions and our monthly newsletter.

We do not transfer your data to any 3rd party sources. We will never sell your information or use your information for any other use other than auction alerts and our monthly news letter.   

 * How to modify or delete this personal information or opt-out?

If you would like to be removed from our email list you can either "Unsubscribe" though the monthly news letter or simply email the word "unsubscribe"  to info@caprockauctions.com. If you want to change the email address on file please subscribe the new email address through our contact form and email us at info@caprockauctions to "unsubscribe" the old address.
