Auction Seller Terms 

1) All vehicles will be sold with no-reserve to the highest bidder 

2) Seller buyback will be subject to a 1 percent premium 

3) Caprock Auction Group cannot guarantee the price any vehicle will bring on the auction block 

4) All vehicles must be registered on or before Friday August 5th at 5:00 PM 

5) A maximum of 60 vehicles will be sold in 2011 

6) Seller will be responsible for driving their vehicle across the auction block and assume full liability 

7) Caprock Auction Group reserves the right to turn away any vehicles for the auction 

8) Selling Fee: 5%  + $100 Entry Fee

9) Caprock Auctions may negotiate a traditional sale for cars that do not sell on the auction block.
